Just one month ago, I bought one of your television at XXX Store here.It was model Sony 4519.The TV does not work proper.When i try to change channels use the remote control,it takes long time to respond, i have checked this repeatedly to make sure i was pushing the right buttons . i took it to your local service store for repair.They work on it,with no lucky.i want to exchange this Tv a new one of the same model,at the same price.i hope we can solve this problem in the agreeable way. if i will have no response by then.i will start looking for help from a third party.such as a consumer rights organization and a laywer.
