摘要 :本文综述了鲜切花产业的发展现状、发展趋势以及切花保鲜的前景,研究了不同保鲜剂对火百合(Lilium longiflorum)切花的保鲜效应,结果表明：各保鲜剂均能延长百合切花的瓶插寿命,增加花枝鲜重,增大花径、花长；改善切花的水分状况；其中以2%蔗糖+200mg/L8-HQC+200mg/LSTS+225mg/L白藜芦醇配方处理效果最佳,其次是2%蔗糖+200 mg/L8-HQC+200mg/LSTS+500mg/LAL2(SO4)3+115mg/L硝普钠(SNP)配方.结果显示：白藜芦醇对百合切花有很好的保鲜效应；硝普钠（SNP）对百合切花也有一定的保鲜效果.
