Last week,I interviewed an American psychologist,about the relationship between sleep and memory.A research showed that when we had plenty of sleep,there would be less mistakes in our memory.This applied to everyone.The specialist analyzed the results but couldn't find specific reasons for getting the results.However,he/she said that it might be due to the fact that good sleeping quality would strengthen the memory,while the people who were lack of sleep would recieve too much message (during thier sleep),and their memory would thus be affected.
